Choose a Booked & Bizy Plan
Start by signing up for a plan on the Booked & Bizy booking platform. Each plan is designed to meet professionals where they are, from individual stylists to multi-chair salons. Once your plan is active and you go through the complete setup, your account automatically connects to the BizyChart™ system so you can begin documenting and managing client care right away.
Every Client Has a Digital Chart
Once your services are live, clients can book appointments directly through your personalized booking page. Each client is automatically sent a secure profile form in an email to complete before appointments. These forms sync automatically with their BizyChart™ record so professionals can review allergies, scalp or skin conditions, and preferences before beginning any service.
Professionals Document Every Visit
After each appointment, the professional adds notes, photos, and product details directly into the client’s chart. Each entry captures what was done, when it was done, and how it contributed to the client’s goals. This creates a reliable record of progress and performance over time.
Data Updates Automatically
BizyChart™ connects directly with appointment data from Booked & Bizy, ensuring that every visit automatically links to the correct client record. Professionals don’t need to re-enter information — the system handles it seamlessly behind the scenes.
